Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Interaction and communication with customer through service call to completion.
Service of Security, Fire Alarm, Access and Network Video Systems.
System Add-Ons like Cellular Communicators and Interactive Services
System programming and demo.
Communication with sales, office staff and installation team.
Knowledgeable in all aspects of cabling.
Able to snake and conceal cabling when required.
Identify and execute upsell opportunities.

Skills:

Working knowledge of Security, Access, Fire and Video Systems.
Past work with DSC, Honeywell, Kantech, Exacq, Salto, DormaKaba, Alarm.com would be a plus.
Ability to follow company processes, procedures and documentation.
Position requires the handling multiple demands in fast paced environment.
Working knowledge of basic Microsoft products. (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be fluent with current technology
Valid Driver’s License
