Alarm Technician

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Installation of Security, Fire Alarm, Access Control and Network Video Systems.
• System Add-Ons like Cellular Communicators and Interactive Services
• System programming and demo.
• Interaction and communication with customer through job start to completion.
• Communication with sales, office staff and installation team.
• Knowledgeable in all aspects of cabling.
• Ability to conceal cabling when required.
• Ability to bring installation from start through completion.
• Ability to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
